Century Riverside was acquired by Wood Partners in fourth quarter of 2015. Immediately upon acquisition, the group engaged PCDG to complete three sample units for the interior renovation. The three sample units were completed in the first quarter of 2016 and a final product was selected for the interior renovation of the entire project. Once that decision was made, we began to complete the renovation of an additional 210 units. Based on our performance and the quality of our work, we were also tasked with completing balcony renovations, re-roof of 16 buildings, window replacement, renovation of the Leasing Office, Fitness Center, and Wi-fi Lounge. We also completed the renovation of the Summer Kitchen and Pool Bathrooms. This work was completed over the course of 2 years at a cost of $4.4 million
Having been given the opportunity to prove ourselves, PCDG was not only successful in the original scope but has been trusted to complete many more projects within the property, all within budget and ahead of schedule.
We have contracted PCDG to complete the renovations of many aspects of the property and look forward to working with them on many other projects in the future.
More than just met, the projects were completed ahead of schedule and on budget, allowing us to continue improvements on other facets of the property.
